Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the NORA Platforms application and website at noraplatforms.com (collectively, the "Service") operated by NORA Platforms, Inc. ("NORA Platforms", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law, and that you have the full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Service.
You must create an account using a valid email address to access most features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions, earn duplicate referral bonuses, or gain any unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at legal@noraplatforms.com.
NORA Platform Tokens ("Tokens") are a virtual in-app currency with no real-world monetary value. Tokens are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable between users, and cannot be exchanged for any real-world goods or services outside the Service. Tokens are solely used to participate in platform features such as prediction markets, promotions, power-ups, and challenges.
You may purchase Tokens using real currency through our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. All Token purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Token prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. NORA Platforms does not store your payment card information — all payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe.
Tokens are non-transferable and will be forfeited upon account termination. We reserve the right to adjust, remove, or reset Token balances if we determine they were obtained through fraudulent activity, exploitation of bugs, or violation of these Terms.
Tokens may also be earned through platform activities such as completing daily challenges, winning prediction markets, referral bonuses, and promotional events. Earned Tokens are subject to the same terms as purchased Tokens and have no cash value.
All prediction market activity on the Service is conducted using Tokens only and is intended solely for entertainment purposes. No real money is wagered or won. The Service does not constitute gambling, financial advice, or investment activity as defined under applicable law. Market outcomes are derived from objective social media metrics and are not influenced by NORA Platforms.
Markets are resolved based on objective platform metrics (follower counts and subscriber counts) fetched from connected third-party APIs at the time of market close. We make no guarantee that third-party API data will be available or accurate at resolution time. In cases where resolution data is unavailable or inconclusive, we reserve the right to void a market and refund all Token stakes in full.
Users who opt into the Market Maker role may earn a 5% Token fee from markets resolved on their creator profile. A 5% platform fee is also retained from each resolved market. Market Maker status may be revoked at any time for violations of these Terms.

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (YouTube, Twitch, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook) via OAuth. By connecting a platform, you authorize us to periodically access specified public metrics from that platform on your behalf for the purpose of computing your Heat Score and resolving prediction markets. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their respective terms of service, and we are not responsible for any changes to third-party APIs that affect Service functionality. You may revoke any platform connection at any time from your profile settings.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, brand assets, and software — are owned by NORA Platforms, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
By submitting any content to the Service (including your username, bio, or other profile information), you grant NORA Platforms, Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NORA PLATFORMS, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. MARKET OUTCOMES ARE BASED ON THIRD-PARTY DATA AND WE MAKE NO WARRANTY AS TO THEIR ACCURACY OR AVAILABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NORA PLATFORMS, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NORA Platforms, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another person or entity; or (d) any content you submit to the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to notify you in-app. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy at noraplatforms.com/privacy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NORA Platforms, Inc. with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
